Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het verpakken, herverpakken en stockeren van gekoelde en diepgevroren voedingsproducten voor Europese klanten. Elke verpakkingsopdracht wordt afgestemd op de specifieke wensen van de klant. Binnen de organisatie staan respect, onderlinge verbondenheid en betrokkenheid bij het werk centraal.

Jobomschrijving

Heb je ervaring in een productieomgeving, neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid en werk je zelf actief mee aan de lijn?

Als lijnverantwoordelijke inpak stuur je een team aan én help je bij het verpakken van gekoelde en diepgevroren voedingsproducten. Je werkt in een vroege of late ploeg en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen worden behaald.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je stuurt de inpakmedewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat het werk aan de lijn vlot verloopt.
  • Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken? Absoluut! Je werkt actief mee aan de inpaklijn en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig.
  • Tijdens het verpakkingsproces voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit, waaronder gewichts- en metaalcontroles.
  • De bijhorende productie- en controledocumenten vul je correct in.
  • Samen met je team werk je aan het behalen van de dagelijkse productietargets.
  • Je hebt voeling met een productieomgeving en combineert praktisch meewerken met het aansturen van collega's.
  • Kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk in je werk, zeker bij het uitvoeren van controles en invullen van documenten.
  • Je kunt Nederlands of Engels spreken, lezen en schrijven, zodat je de interne opleiding en werkinstructies goed kunt volgen.
  • Een van deze twee uurroosters past bij jou: 7.45 tot 15.30 uur of 15.45 tot 23.30 uur. Kun je in beide ploegen werken? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
