Dit voedingsbedrijf is expert in het verwerken van gevogelte en het maken van lekkere kant-en-klare maaltijden en sauzen. Met 40 locaties in 7 verschillende landen zijn ze heel groot en sterk. Je komt dus terecht in een gezond bedrijf dat hard groeit.

De sfeer is er erg goed omdat iedereen elkaar kent. Het bedrijf kiest voor vernieuwing om vooruit te gaan, maar blijft ook realistisch zodat doelen haalbaar zijn. Daarnaast vinden ze het belangrijk dat iedereen verantwoordelijkheid neemt om eerlijk en milieubewust te werken.

Je kunt het bedrijf alleen bereiken met de auto of de fiets.

Voor deze job als Leidinggevend operator in 2 ploegen werk je in de fabriek in Olen. Hier werken elke dag zo'n 200 mensen samen in een gezellige familiesfeer aan lekkere producten van goede kwaliteit.

Jobomschrijving

Steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en neem je graag de leiding? Als meewerkend teamleider productie stuur je een team van ongeveer vijf medewerkers aan en zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot en volgens planning verloopt.

Je combineert de dagelijkse opvolging van het productieproces met het aansturen van je team.

Wat houdt dat concreet in?

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijf medewerkers aan en volgt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines optimaal worden bediend.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op en bewaakt of de geplande werkzaamheden correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Kleine technische storingen pak je actief aan.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde goederen aan de hand van de nodige inspecties en metingen.
  • Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de productieverantwoordelijke en de shiftleader.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en vindt het fijn om een klein team aan te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met je collega's en zorgt voor een duidelijke afstemming op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt ordelijk en houdt je werkplek netjes.
  • Hygiënevoorschriften volg je nauwgezet op.
  • Werken in een koude productieomgeving van ongeveer 5°C past bij jou.
  • Je werkt graag in een tweeploegenstelsel: van 06.00 tot 14.00 uur en van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur.
  • Je bent flexibel in je werk en kunt inspelen op wisselende situaties.
