Deze internationale onderneming is gespecialiseerd in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten. Wat ruim 30 jaar geleden begon als een lokale speler, groeide uit tot een succesvolle wereldspeler met vier vestigingen en meer dan 150 medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw functie?

Als nachtoperator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bewaakt de goede werking van de productielijnen en neemt daarnaast een coördinerende rol op binnen de ploeg.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstarten van de productielijnen en correct instellen van de machines.
  • Uitvoeren van productwissels en ombouwingen.
  • Bijsturen van parameters en machine instellingen waar nodig.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van het volledige technische productieproces.
  • Ondersteunen van operatoren bij technische vragen en dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Opsporen van technische afwijkingen en verlenen van eerste hulp bij storingen om productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Contact opnemen met de technische dienst wanneer een probleem verdere tussenkomst vereist.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de teamleader neem je de coördinatie binnen de ploeg op en help je de dagelijkse werking in goede banen te leiden.
  • Mee instaan voor een veilige, ordelijke en hygiënische werkomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken.

Verder beschik je over volgende troeven:

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als operator of lijnverantwoordelijke.
  • Werken in de vaste nachtploeg vormt voor jou geen probleem. De werkuren zijn van 21u tot 05u.
  • Technisch inzicht is belangrijk om machines correct in te stellen en eventuele storingen snel te herkennen.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken. Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen is een mooie plus.
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands. Dit is essentieel voor een veilige werkomgeving en het correct begrijpen van interne documenten en instructies.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, zelfstandigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit typeren jouw manier van werken.
