Jobomschrijving

Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Roeselare zoekt Let's Work een procesoperator die durumtarwe verwerkt tot hoogwaardig griesmeel.

Je bewaakt het maalproces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daartegenover staat een uurloon van € 19,66 inclusief premie, maaltijdcheques van € 8,25 per gewerkte dag en maar liefst 35 dagen verlof per jaar, waarvan je zelf grotendeels de planning bepaalt. Dankzij een interne opleiding, doorgroeimogelijkheden en de kans op een vast contract na een geslaagde interimperiode krijg je bovendien ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat kan je verwachten als productieoperator maalderij weekend?

  • Je bedient en controleert de mechanische en computergestuurde walsenmolens, reinigingsmachines en zeven en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig
  • Door stalen te nemen en parameters zoals vochtigheid, korrelgrootte en zuiverheid te controleren, bewaak je de kwaliteit van het griesmeel
  • Bij de ontvangst inspecteer je de durumtarwe en zorg je voor een correcte opslag in de silo's
  • Je signaleert storingen aan de maalinstallatie en lost kleine mechanische of procesmatige problemen zelfstandig op, in samenwerking met de technische dienst
  • Tijdens het productieproces volg je de HACCP-, voedselveiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften nauwgezet op
  • Met aandacht voor hygiëne, veiligheid en milieubewust werken draag je bij aan een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces
  • Ervaring als procesoperator in de voedingssector is een must. Dankzij een opleiding wordt de maalderij aangeleerd
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in mechanische processen
  • Nauwkeurig werken ligt je goed en afwijkingen in de productkwaliteit merk je snel op
  • Een opleidingstraject van zes maanden in twee ploegen vormt de start, waarna je aan de slag gaat in de weekendploeg
  • Je staat open om wisselende weekendploegen te werken ( 5-17u en 17-5u)
  • Voor de interne communicatie spreek je goed Nederlands
