The posting

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de zuivering en terugwinning van organische oplosmiddelen en speciale chemicaliën. Hun producten worden voornamelijk gebruikt binnen de chemische verwerking, verf en farmaceutische industrie.

Voor hun vestiging in de haven van Kallo zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde procesoperator die mee wil groeien met deze ambitieuze KMO.

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige, familiale onderneming waar iedereen elkaar bij de voornaam kent en waar een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staat.

Jobomschrijving

Als procesoperator sta je in voor een vlot en correct verloop van de verschillende productieprocessen. Je werkt met uiteenlopende installaties en bewaakt nauwgezet de kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het volledige proces.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Opstarten, instellen, bijstellen en ombouwen van verschillende machine installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles door het nemen van stalen.
  • Productieprocessen nauwgezet opvolgen en waar nodig parameters bijsturen.
  • Instaan voor de goede werking van het labo door onder andere chemische stoffen bij te vullen en gasflessen te vervangen.
  • Openen en sluiten van verschillende kleppen en ventielen.
  • Toezien op een veilige en efficiënte werking van de installaties.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met technische interesse en een eerste ervaring binnen de chemische of industriële productieomgeving.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten?

  • Een eerste ervaring als procesoperator of operator chemie is een mooie troef.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma A2 of Bachelor Chemie.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven, is belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer. De vestiging is namelijk niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
  • Werken in een volcontinu drieploegenstelsel vormt voor jou geen probleem: Vroege ploeg: 06u00 – 14u00. Late ploeg: 14u00 – 22u00. Nachtploeg: 22u00 – 06u00.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en aandacht voor veiligheid typeren jouw manier van werken.
