The posting

Onze partner, gelegen te Gent aan de Haven, is actief in het vervaardigen van kwalitatieve bakkerijgrondstoffen voor professionele bakkerijen.

De grondstoffen zijn broodverbeteraars, waaronder desems, mixen en gist. Verder staan ze in voor de opslag en dosering ervan.

Wegens groei zijn ze op zoek naar een Procesoperator in volcontinu systeem.

Heb jij technisch inzicht en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid binnen een productieomgeving? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou!

Voor onze partner zijn we op zoek naar een Procesoperator die aan de slag wil binnen een volcontinu systeem. Je krijgt de kans om een gevarieerd takenpakket op te nemen en mee te waken over een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.

In ruil voor jouw inzet ontvang je een aantrekkelijk startloon van € 22.62 bruto per uur, aangevuld met extra ploegenpremies en maaltijdcheques van € 8,50. Bovendien geniet je van maar liefst 46 verlofdagen, waarvan 20 vrij te kiezen, en zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je houdt het volledige productieproces en de verschillende procesinstallaties nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Je controleert de parameters en stuurt bij waar nodig om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Bij technische problemen ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak en denk je actief mee over oplossingen.
  • Je waakt over de productkwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde normen worden nageleefd.
  • Je voert controles uit, registreert productiegegevens en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen opmerkt.
  • Bij complexere storingen werk je nauw samen met de technische dienst.
  • Je houdt rekening met alle geldende voorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over een technische basis, opgebouwd via een opleiding of eerdere werkervaring.
  • Je hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om de werking van machines en productielijnen te begrijpen.
  • Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt en bij een storing meteen op zoek gaat naar een oplossing.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem.
  • Ervaring als operator, machineoperator, technisch operator of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
