Deze voedingsproducent is expert in het verwerken van gevogelte en het bereiden van smakelijke kant-en-klaarmaaltijden en sauzen. Dankzij hun 40 locaties verspreid over 7 landen zijn ze een grote, betrouwbare speler. Je komt dan ook terecht in een gezonde onderneming die volop groeit.

Als Productiemedewerker ga je aan de slag in de vestiging in Olen. Daar zorgen we dagelijks met zo'n 200 medewerkers in een fijne, familiale sfeer voor een lekker resultaat van hoge kwaliteit.

Elk lekker product dat deze stabiele, internationale voedingsfirma in Olen verlaat, gaat eerst langs jou.Als productiemedewerker in 2 ploegen ben jij een onmisbare schakel bij het inpakken. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes, hygiënisch en vlot ingepakt wordt. Voor jouw inzet krijg je een goed startloon met ploegenpremie, maaltijdcheques van €10 per gewerkte dag en ecocheques.

Hoe ziet een dag als productiemedewerker in 2 ploegen eruit?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende inpakmachines op tijd nieuwe materialen krijgen.
  • Met veel zorg en oog voor hygiëne en kwaliteit pakken we kant-en-klare, bereide of gepaneerde kipgerechten in.
  • Elke dag controleer je nauwkeurig of alle verpakkingen en etiketten kloppen.
  • Je leert snel hoe je een oogje in het zeil houdt bij de machines en hoe je ze kunt bijsturen als dat nodig is.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die met veel enthousiasme samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Elke dag opnieuw zet jij je in voor de hoogste kwaliteit en ga je voor een foutloos resultaat.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt op verschillende posten werken binnen ons tweeploegensysteem.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en stipt, wat betekent dat op tijd komen voor jou vanzelfsprekend is.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands, wat heel belangrijk is voor de veiligheid en een goede samenwerking.
