Jobomschrijving

Heb jij ervaring als schadehersteller en wil jij jouw carrière verder uitbouwen in een zeer stabiel bedrijf? In ruil krijg je hiervoor een mooi startloon rond 17,3090 bruto/uur aangevuld met mobiliteitsvergoeding, ARAB, 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en veel verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Je reinigt vloeren, muren en plafonds die door schade zijn aangetast.
  • Je zorgt voor het professioneel reinigen van de inboedel met gespecialiseerde producten en technieken. Dankzij een grondige opleiding leer je welk reinigingsmiddel geschikt is voor elke ondergrond en situatie.
  • Indien nodig voer je afbraakwerken uit om beschadigde materialen veilig te verwijderen.
  • Meubels en materialen die niet meer te herstellen zijn, voer je af naar de daarvoor voorziene containers.
  • Je waakt voortdurend over een veilige werkomgeving en werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
  • Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een vlotte en kwalitatieve afhandeling van elk schadeherstelproject.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met collega's, terwijl je klanten steeds op een professionele en klantgerichte manier te woord staat.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit zichtbaar resultaat en bent trots wanneer je klanten na een schadegeval opnieuw een propere en herstelde omgeving kunt bezorgen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt een groot empathisch vermogen en kunt je goed inleven in de situatie van klanten die vaak een ingrijpende gebeurtenis hebben meegemaakt.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, hands-on ingesteld en draagt graag bij aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
