Jobomschrijving

Wil je jouw ervaring in productie combineren met een leidinggevende functie én ben je graag vrij tijdens de week? Als shiftleader in Olen stuur je een team aan van 4 leidinggevende operatoren en 20 à 25 productiemedewerkers.

Je krijgt een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse productieorganisatie, met aandacht voor planning, kwaliteit en rendement.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van het productieproces tijdens het weekend. Je combineert operationeel inzicht met een coachende leiderschapsstijl.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je stuurt 4 leidinggevende operatoren en 20 à 25 productiemedewerkers aan.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning, kwaliteit, KPI's en het rendement.
  • Je zoekt samen met de productieplanner en productiemanager naar efficiënte oplossingen voor operationele problemen.
  • Je neemt initiatief om werkprocedures, kwaliteit en rendement te verbeteren.
  • Je onderbouwt verbetervoorstellen met onderzoek en data en volgt de resultaten op.
  • Je coacht en motiveert jouw team. Je brengt de sterktes en kennis van medewerkers in kaart en zet die optimaal in.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van de afspraken en beleidslijnen binnen productie en spreekt medewerkers aan wanneer nodig.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving. Dit is een must.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van productieprocessen, planning en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen, neemt initiatief en gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen.
