Voor een dynamisch en groeiend familiebedrijf in Hamme zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Stock Planner. Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze onderneming met een no-nonsense mentaliteit, korte communicatielijnen en internationale groeiplannen.

Binnen het Purchase team krijg je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van het voorraadbeheer. Dankzij jouw analytische aanpak zorg je ervoor dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.

Jobomschrijving

Als Stock Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt voorraadbeheer en een optimale afstemming tussen aankoop, verkoop en logistiek. Samen met een collega waak je over de beschikbaarheid van producten, zonder onnodige voorraadkosten te creëren.

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorraadbeheer en analyse: je analyseert voorraadniveaus, verkoopcijfers en trends om de product beschikbaarheid te optimaliseren.
  • Aankoop en leveranciersbeheer: je verwerkt besteladviezen, plaatst bestellingen en volgt prijzen, volumes en levertermijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Logistieke coördinatie: je organiseert transporten en verschepingen en grijpt proactief in bij vertragingen of mogelijke voorraadproblemen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen forecasting, stockbeheer en rapportering.
  • Interne en externe samenwerking: je stemt regelmatig af met collega's van sales en logistiek, maar ook met leveranciers, om alles efficiënt te laten verlopen.

De resultaten van jouw werk volg je op aan de hand van verschillende KPI's, waaronder leveranciersbetrouwbaarheid, levertermijnen, marges, luchtvracht en backorders.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytisch sterke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het optimaliseren van processen.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende troeven:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor of masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Economie of een relevante studierichting.
  • Idealiter heb je ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in Excel en Power BI en kan cijfers analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke rapportages.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en planningstools zoals Slimstock is een mooie plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Rechtstreekse communicatie en een hands-on mentaliteit passen helemaal bij jou.
