Voor een moderne productieomgeving in regio Bornem zoeken we een Teamleader Productie met sterke people skills. Als Teamleader ben je het aanspreekpunt voor je team. Daarnaast volg je de dagelijkse productie op en zorg je ervoor dat de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid gerespecteerd worden.

Jouw functie

Als teamleader ben je het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en zorg je dagelijks voor een vlotte werking binnen de productie.

  • Je motiveert, begeleidt en ondersteunt medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Met duidelijke communicatie zorg je voor een goede samenwerking en een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je geeft opbouwende feedback en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • De productieplanning, kwaliteit en efficiëntie houd je nauwlettend in het oog.
  • Bij technische problemen bied je ondersteuning en schakel je indien nodig de juiste hulp in.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid staan steeds centraal.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de dagelijkse werking.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een mensgerichte en communicatieve teamleader die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en medewerkers op een positieve manier weet aan te sturen.

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is belangrijk. Ervaring als teamleader of lijnverantwoordelijke is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen te motiveren. Dankzij je toegankelijke en sociale houding bouw je gemakkelijk een goede band op met je team.
  • Medewerkers op een constructieve manier aanspreken en bijsturen vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je neemt initiatief en draagt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Dankzij je technisch inzicht kan je de productie goed opvolgen.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid krijgen bij jou de nodige aandacht.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands..
