Om alles in goede banen te leiden, zijn ze op zoek naar een bijkomende Teamlead.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag de leiding neemt, mensen motiveert en ervoor zorgt dat alles op wieltjes loopt? Ook wanneer de rest van de wereld slaapt, zorg jij ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien!

Voor een dynamische productieomgeving zoeken we een Teamleader Nacht die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen, het overzicht bewaart en samen met het team elke nacht voor een sterk resultaat gaat.

  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de planning vlot wordt uitgevoerd
  • Je verdeelt de taken binnen het team en stuurt medewerkers dagelijks aan
  • Je motiveert je medewerkers, stimuleert een positieve werksfeer en haalt het beste uit iedereen
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies, volgt de resultaten op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit en veiligheid en voert regelmatig controles en rondgangen uit
  • Je ziet erop toe dat iedereen de geldende procedures en werkinstructies correct naleeft
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en incidenten en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage en administratieve opvolging
  • Je deelt actief informatie met je team en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie
  • Je begrijpt instructies, procedures en prioriteiten snel.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt ook op drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en weet medewerkers op een motiverende manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie of logistiek.
  • Je bent bereid om in de vaste nachtploeg te werken van 22u00 tot 06u06.
