Notre client est un acteur en forte croissance dans l'industrie alimentaire, où la technologie, la qualité et la continuité vont de pair. Derrière une production performante se cache une équipe technique qui veille à ce que chaque installation continue à faire ce pour quoi elle a été conçue : performer.

Certaines personnes voient une machine. Vous voyez un ensemble de composants qui doivent fonctionner parfaitement ensemble.

Lorsqu'une installation tombe en panne, vous ne voyez pas un problème mais un défi. Vous aimez analyser les pannes, trouver des solutions et faire en sorte que tout fonctionne à nouveau comme il se doit.

En tant que technicien, vous êtes un maillon indispensable de l'environnement de production. Grâce à vos connaissances techniques, les installations restent fiables, les processus efficaces et les plannings de production réalisables.

  • Vous analysez et résolvez les pannes dans les systèmes mécaniques et électriques afin de limiter au maximum les arrêts de production.
  • Vous veillez également au fonctionnement optimal des machines et installations dans les zones de production, d'emballage, de réception des matières premières ainsi que des équipements techniques tels que les installations de vapeur, de froid, d'air comprimé et de traitement des eaux
  • Vous participez à la réflexion sur les optimisations visant à renforcer la sécurité, l'efficacité et la continuité de la production
  • Vous effectuez également la maintenance préventive et contribuez activement à la fiabilité du parc machines
  • Avec vos collègues, vous participez chaque jour à la création d'un environnement de travail sûr où la qualité et la collaboration occupent une place centrale
  • Vous détectez les insuffisances techniques, signalez les points d'amélioration et participez aux révisions des installations et des structures
  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme en électromécanique ou d'une formation technique équivalente
  • Vous avez un esprit analytique, travaillez de manière orientée solutions et gardez une vue d'ensemble lorsque la rapidité devient essentielle
  • Vous avez de préférence plusieurs années d'expérience comme technicien de dépannage ou technicien de maintenance dans un environnement de production
  • Vous aimez travailler en système de deux équipes (5h - 13h & 13h - 21h) et appréciez être présent activement sur le terrain
  • Les techniques mécaniques et électriques ne vous sont pas inconnues. Vous êtes à l'aise dans ces deux disciplines
