Je komt terecht in een modern en dynamisch productiebedrijf in de regio Tielt, gespecialiseerd in het vervaardigen van kunststofverpakkingen voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Van verpakkingen voor bakkerijen, slagerijen en traiteurs tot oplossingen voor de voedingsindustrie en andere toepassingen: kwaliteit, maatwerk en vakmanschap staan centraal.

Binnen dit familiale bedrijf werk je samen met een hecht team in een productieomgeving waar machines en technologie een belangrijke rol spelen. Er wordt ingezet op een vlotte samenwerking, interne opleiding en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met machines en zoek je een stabiele job met afwisseling? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je start de machines op, stelt ze correct af en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Bewaakt het spuitgiet-, thermoform- en extrusieproces.
  • Je voert matrijswissels uit.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en technische storingen oplossen behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig bij het verpakken van afgewerkte producten.
  • Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde! Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om verschillende technieken en machines te leren kennen.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2) of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt een sterk mechanisch inzicht en interesse in techniek.
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit is een extra troef.
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig en zelfstandig te werk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om vlot met collega's te communiceren en veiligheidsinstructies goed te begrijpen.
  • Ervaring met kunststofmachines is een pluspunt, maar jouw technisch inzicht en motivatie geven de doorslag!
