Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag vooruitdenkt, structuur brengt en ervoor zorgt dat alles goed voorbereid is? Voor onze klant, een internationale onderneming in de voedingssector, zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider die mee zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van het technisch onderhoud. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen planning, techniek en uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met de Maintenance Coördinator.

Jouw rol in het team

Een goed draaiende productie begint bij een goede voorbereiding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden tijdig ingepland worden en dat de nodige materialen en afspraken in orde zijn.

  • Je houdt de planning op koers: je ondersteunt de Maintenance Coördinator en zorgt ervoor dat geplande onderhoudswerken goed voorbereid zijn.
  • Je zorgt dat alles klaarstaat: je bestelt technische onderdelen, volgt bestellingen en leveringen op en voorkomt dat werkzaamheden vertraging oplopen door ontbrekend materiaal.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers: je vraagt informatie op, volgt afspraken op en zoekt mee naar geschikte oplossingen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je kijkt vooruit: je houdt zicht op de geplande onderhoudswerken op korte en middellange termijn en zorgt ervoor dat de planning actueel blijft.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen: merk je dat iets efficiënter kan? Dan bekijk je hoe processen en werkwijzen beter georganiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid: je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften voorbereid en opgevolgd worden.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, hebt interesse in techniek en haalt voldoening uit een planning die klopt. Je wacht niet af, maar denkt mee en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Daarnaast volg je technische installaties, machines en onderhoud met veel interesse op.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt naar oplossingen die in de praktijk werken.
  • Je brengt structuur in je werk, bewaart het overzicht en bepaalt vlot je prioriteiten.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en volgt je taken nauwgezet op, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.
  • Ook spoor je verbeterpunten op en werk je actief mee aan efficiëntere processen.
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat de geldende procedures correct worden nageleefd.
  • Tot slot stem je vlot af met collega's en leveranciers dankzij je sterke communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans.
