Onze partner in regio Wetteren is gespecialiseerd in innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Je komt terecht in een stabiele onderneming waar kwaliteit, techniek en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Om het productieteam te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Technisch Operator die graag met geautomatiseerde machines werkt en mee wil bouwen aan een vlot productieproces.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw functie

Als Technisch Operator sta je in voor de bediening en opvolging van verschillende blaasextrusiemachines. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige aanpak zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt verloopt en de kwaliteit gegarandeerd blijft.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Bedienen en aansturen van blaasextrusiemachines en tijdig ingrijpen bij eventuele storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Machines nauwkeurig opstarten na een weekendstilstand, zodat de productie vlot hervat kan worden.
  • De kwaliteit van de geproduceerde flessen controleren en jouw bevindingen correct registreren in het computersysteem.
  • Kwaliteitsgegevens analyseren, afwijkingen opsporen en gericht naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en voorstellen formuleren om het productieproces continu te optimaliseren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.

Je werkt in de vaste nachtploeg van 21u00 tot 05u00.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een technische interesse en een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in kunststofverwerking of een technische richting.
  • Ervaring als operator is een sterke troef.
  • Geautomatiseerde productieprocessen en techniek spreken jou sterk aan.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor opleidingen om jouw technische kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Problemen aanpakken, initiatief nemen en oplossingsgericht denken zitten in jouw natuur.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Teamwork vind je belangrijk en je communiceert vlot met collega's.
