Een internationale productieonderneming gespecialiseerd in kunststofverwerking. De organisatie combineert technische expertise met een moderne productieomgeving en biedt medewerkers ruimte om zich via opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Goesting in techniek en een passie voor kunststofverwerking? Voor een internationale productieonderneming in Oostkamp zoeken we een technisch operator molding die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het productieproces en ervoor zorgt dat de spuitgietmachines optimaal functioneren.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw takenpakket:

  • bedienen, instellen en uitrusten van spuitgietmachines aan de hand van de juiste procesparameters
  • het productieproces nauwkeurig opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • storingen en afwijkingen analyseren en technische problemen zelfstandig oplossen waar mogelijk
  • de geproduceerde onderdelen controleren en instaan voor de kwaliteitsbewaking
  • machines omstellen bij de opstart van nieuwe producten en het productieproces correct voorbereiden
  • werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en bijdragen aan een veilige en nette werkomgeving

Wie ben jij?

  • een sterke interesse in techniek en een passie voor kunststofverwerking
  • een technisch diploma is een pluspunt, maar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie telt eveneens
  • technisch inzicht en interesse in het instellen en opvolgen van productieprocessen
  • een goede teamspirit en duidelijke communicatie tijdens ploegoverdrachten
  • een sterke aandacht voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • bereidheid om in een wisselploeg te werken, met wekelijkse afwisseling tussen vroege en late ploeg
