Onze partner is een vooraanstaand Belgisch logistiek bedrijf dat is gespecialiseerd in internationaal groupagetransport en wegvervoer. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1983, heeft zijn operationele hart en hoofdkantoor in Wondelgem (Gent) en fungeert als een belangrijke schakel voor goederenstromen tussen Europa en specifieke regio's zoals Turkije, de Maghreb en het Midden-Oosten

Hou jij ervan om alles in goede banen te leiden? Ben je organisatorisch sterk, werk je graag probleemoplossend en heb je interesse in transport en logistiek? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van transportopdrachten.
  • Je verwerkt transportgegevens en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je volgt zendingen op en houdt de betrokken partijen op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, transportpartners, chauffeurs en interne collega's, afhankelijk van de functie.
  • Je helpt bij het oplossen van vertragingen, wijzigingen en andere transportgerelateerde problemen.
  • Je controleert transportdocumenten en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig zijn.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiënte planning en een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in logistieke administratie, transportplanning of wegtransport.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en kan snel prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet op een professionele manier met verschillende partijen om te gaan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een troef.
  • Je kan vlot met digitale systemen en MS Office werken.
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
