Voor een familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in logistiek en transport zijn we op zoek naar een Transportplanner Containertransport.

Als transportplanner ben jij de verbindingspersoon tussen chauffeurs, klanten, kaaien en interne collega's.

Je zorgt ervoor dat containers op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.

Jij blijft rustig, denkt vooruit en zoekt een oplossing.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van containertransporten, nationaal en internationaal.
  • Het opvolgen van laad- en lostijden, ritten en chauffeurs.
  • Het rekening houden met kaaien, terminals, tijdsloten en havenactiviteiten.
  • Het snel inspelen op vertragingen, wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties.
  • Het dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten, terminals en collega's.
  • De administratieve verwerking en opvolging van transportdocumenten en registraties.
  • Het bewaken van een efficiënte planning en zorgen dat de logistieke flow blijft draaien.
  • Je hebt kennis van containertransport en begrijpt hoe de sector werkt.
  • Je kent de haven en de terminals en weet wat een kaai is. Begrippen zoals linkeroever, rechteroever, tijdsloten en containerafmetingen zijn jou niet vreemd.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen en blijft rustig wanneer de planning plots verandert.
  • Je bent dynamisch, stressbestendig en proactief.
  • Je bent niet bang om met meerdere schermen en verschillende programma's tegelijk te werken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft de telefoon op te nemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt geen typische 9-tot-5-mentaliteit. Transport stopt nu eenmaal niet wanneer de klok 17u aanwijst.
