Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise industrielle à taille humaine active dans l'usinage de haute précision, nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté souhaitant s'investir dans un environnement technique stimulant.

Taux d'activité : 80 à 100 %

Description du poste

Votre mission

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation de pièces techniques à forte valeur ajoutée, avec une réelle autonomie dans votre travail.

Assurer les mises en train complètes de machines CNC. Réaliser la programmation, les réglages et l'optimisation des paramètres d'usinage. Garantir le suivi de production et la conformité des pièces fabriquées. Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels et esthétiques. Analyser et résoudre les problématiques techniques rencontrées. Participer activement à l'amélioration des méthodes et processus de fabrication. Collaborer avec les différents intervenants techniques afin de garantir une production optimale.

Profil recherché

Votre profil

Formation en mécanique, micromécanique ou expérience équivalente. Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum en décolletage ou usinage CNC. Excellentes connaissances des techniques d'usinage, des outils de coupe et des matériaux. Maîtrise de la programmation ISO. Connaissances en FAO, notamment Mastercam, appréciées. Autonomie dans les mises en train et capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques. Personnalité proactive, rigoureuse et appréciant le travail bien fait.
