Stellenbeschreibung

  • Deinen Bereich vorwärtsbringen: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Bau & Handwerk, entwickelst den Bereich weiter und setzt deine Ideen in die Tat um.
  • Kunden begeistern: Du gewinnst neue Kunden, pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften und baust dein Netzwerk in der Region kontinuierlich aus.
  • Selbst mit anpacken: Du bleibst nahe am Markt, rekrutierst Fachkräfte, betreust deine Kunden und lebst deinem Team den Verkauf vor.
  • Menschen führen und entwickeln: Du führst ein kleines Team von 1–3 Personalberatenden, förderst ihre Stärken und unterstützt sie dabei, gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Erfolge feiern: Du setzt mit deinem Team ambitionierte Ziele, packst Herausforderungen an und sorgst dafür, dass neben der Leistung auch der Spass nicht zu kurz kommt.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Personalverleih, idealerweise im Bereich Bau & Handwerk
  • Freude am Verkauf, an der Kundenakquise und am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und den Willen, etwas aufzubauen
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren, zu fördern und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt
