Vous êtes passionné(e) par la micromécanique et appréciez le travail de précision ? Vous maîtrisez les opérations de roulage sur machines Strausak et recherchez un environnement où votre savoir-faire technique fait véritablement la différence ?

Nous recherchons un(e) Rouleur / Rouleuse expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une entreprise active dans la fabrication de composants horlogers de haute précision.

Description du poste

Vos responsabilités

Assurer la mise en train, le réglage et la conduite de machines de roulage Strausak. Réaliser les opérations de roulage sur des composants horlogers de petites dimensions. Garantir la conformité dimensionnelle et esthétique des pièces produites. Effectuer les contrôles nécessaires à l'aide d'instruments de mesure adaptés. Ajuster les paramètres de production afin d'assurer une qualité constante. Identifier les anomalies, effectuer les corrections nécessaires et participer à l'amélioration des procédés. Assurer l'entretien courant des équipements et des outillages.

Profil recherché

Votre profil

Formation en micromécanique, mécanique de précision ou expérience équivalente. Expérience confirmée sur machines Strausak, impérative. Excellente maîtrise des opérations de roulage et des exigences propres à l'horlogerie. Bonne compréhension des tolérances dimensionnelles et des contraintes de fabrication. Personne minutieuse, autonome et particulièrement attentive à la qualité. Esprit technique, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
