Description du poste

Afin de renforcer notre équipe existante, nous recherchons un spécialiste en placement de personnel autonome, doté d'excellentes compétences relationnelles. Après une formation complète sur nos services, vous serez responsable de la prospection de nouveaux partenaires, notamment des métiers du secteur du second oeuvre sur la région de Neuchâtel.

  • Développer un portefeuille clients en prospectant de nouvelles entreprises dans la région
  • Décrocher de nouvelles collaborations en leur proposant du personnel qualifié adapté à leurs besoins
  • Fidéliser les clients existants par un suivi régulier et un service de qualité
  • Recruter des candidats : diffusion d’annonces, sélection de profils, entretiens, présentation aux clients

Profil recherché

  • Expérience dans le commerce ou les services RH (idéalement dans le placement de personnel)
  • CFC commerce ou autre diplôme équivalent
  • Très bon relationnel, à l’aise avec les échanges clients et candidats
  • Connaissance des CCT (conventions collectives de travail) ou bonne capacité d’apprentissage
  • Disponible et véhiculé(e) pour se déplacer chez les clients et sur les lieux de mission
  • Une très bonne connaissance de la région
  • Goût prononcé pour le challenge et la proactivité
  • Maîtrise du portugais, un réel atout
