Clinique de réadaptation, nous accueillons des patients en hospitalisation stationnaire et ambulatoire dans un environnement de soins de haut niveau.

Die Leukerbad Clinic liegt eingebettet im Herzen der Walliser Alpen auf 1’400 m Höhe und profitiert von einer außergewöhnlichen Naturlandschaft sowie einem einzigartigen Thermalwasser mit einer Temperatur von 51 °C. Als Rehabilitationsklinik betreuen wir stationäre und ambulante Patienten in einem Umfeld mit erstklassiger medizinischer Versorgung.

Im Rahmen des Ausbaus unserer Organisation schreiben wir die Stelle als Verwaltungsmitarbeiter/in Logistik/Einkauf aus. Vos missions

  • Assurer la gestion administrative des admissions, transferts et sorties des patients.
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données administratives et d’assurance.
  • Coordonner les entrées et sorties avec les équipes internes et les partenaires.
  • Accueillir et accompagner les patients avec professionnalisme et sens du service.
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement et à l’amélioration continue du service.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience dans une fonction administrative, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et intérêt pour les processus administratifs.
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe.
  • Allemand et bonnes connaissances du français.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung der Patientenaufnahmen, \-verlegungen und \-entlassungen.
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der Verwaltungs\- und Versicherungsdaten.
  • Koordination der Ein\- und Austritte mit den internen Teams und Partnern.
  • Professioneller und serviceorientierter Umgang mit den Patienten.
  • Beitrag zum reibungslosen Ablauf und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abteilung.

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische/r Fachangestellte/r mit EFZ oder gleichwertiger Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung in einer administrativen Funktion, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse und Interesse an administrativen Abläufen.
  • Organisationsgeschick, Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Teamgeist.
  • Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse.
