Nichée au cœur des Alpes valaisannes à 1’400 m d’altitude, la Leukerbad Clinic bénéficie d’un cadre naturel d’exception et d’une eau thermale unique à 51°C. Clinique de réadaptation, nous accueillons des patients en hospitalisation stationnaire et ambulatoire dans un environnement de soins de haut niveau. Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre service des thérapies, nous mettons au concours un poste d’ergothérapeute. Nous offrons une activité variée et porteuse de sens, au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire guidée par des valeurs fortes : empathie, engagement, évolution, professionnalisme et compétence.

Vous accompagnez les patients dans le développement, le maintien ou la récupération de leurs capacités physiques, cognitives et psychiques, afin de favoriser leur autonomie et leur réintégration dans leur environnement.

Eingebettet im Herzen der Walliser Alpen auf 1’400 M. bietet die Leukerbad Clinic eine aussergewöhnliche natürliche Umgebung sowie einzigartiges Thermalwasser mit einer Temperatur von 51 °C. Als Rehabilitationsklinik betreuen wir stationäre und ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten in einem hochwertigen medizinischen Umfeld. Zur Verstärkung unseres Therapieteams schreiben wir eine Stelle als Ergotherapeutin / Ergotherapeut aus. Vos missions

  • Évaluer les capacités fonctionnelles, motrices et cognitives, les activités de la vie quotidienne et l’environnement
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des objectifs et programmes de réadaptation individualisés, centrés sur la personne et l’activité
  • Restaurer et maintenir les capacités, notamment la motricité fine, la sensibilité, l’attention et les fonctions cognitives
  • Conseiller et ajuster les moyens auxiliaires, orthèses et dispositifs ergonomiques
  • Proposer des adaptations du domicile et du poste de travail, et contribuer à la prévention des risques
  • Accompagner l’autonomie, les transitions, la préparation de sortie et le retour professionnel
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire, assurer la documentation clinique et participer à la qualité et aux projets du service

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d’ergothérapie HES ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement en milieu clinique ou en centre de réadaptation
  • Connaissance du système de santé suisse / assurances ; rigueur clinique, autonomie, sens de l’observation et esprit de collaboration
  • Français et/ou allemand oral et écrit niveau B2 minimum, avec l’autre langue au niveau A2

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beurteilung der funktionellen, motorischen und kognitiven Fähigkeiten sowie der Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und des Umfelds
  • Festlegung und Umsetzung individueller, personen\- und aktivitätsorientierter Rehabilitationsziele und \-programme
  • Wiederherstellung und Erhalt von Fähigkeiten, insbesondere Feinmotorik, Sensibilität, Aufmerksamkeit und kognitiven Funktionen
  • Beratung und Anpassung von Hilfsmitteln, Orthesen und ergonomischen Lösungen
  • Empfehlung von Anpassungen im Wohn\- und Arbeitsumfeld sowie Mitwirkung bei der Risikoprävention
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit sowie Begleitung bei Übergängen, Austrittsplanung und beruflicher Wiedereingliederung
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team, klinische Dokumentation sowie Mitwirkung an Qualitätsmassnahmen und Projekten des Bereichs

Ihr Profil

  • Diplom in Ergotherapie FH oder gleichwertig anerkannter Abschluss
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im klinischen Umfeld oder in einer Rehabilitationsklinik
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheits\- und Versicherungswesens; hohe klinische Sorgfalt, Selbstständigkeit, Beobachtungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
  • Französisch und/oder Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich mindestens Niveau B2, mit der jeweils anderen Sprache auf Niveau A2
