Com equipes próprias e rede integrada, promovemos uma experiência de saúde mais leve, eficiente e centrada no paciente.O que nos move:Tornar o cuidado em saúde mais humano e acessível.Reduzir burocracias e facilitar o acesso a serviços de qualidade.Usar a tecnologia como aliada para melhorar a experiência e os resultados em saúde.Como fazemos isso:Com clínicas próprias, prontas para atender com acolhimento e eficiência.Com uma equipe multidisciplinar que acompanha de perto a jornada dos beneficiários.Com um time interno comprometido com inovação, qualidade e propósito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA área de cadastro de beneficiários em uma operadora de planos de saúde é responsável por gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida do cadastro do cliente, incluindo inclusão, alteração, inativação e atualização de dados no sistema interno e no SIB/ANS (Sistema de Informações de Beneficiários da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar), garantindo a conformidade regulatória.Principais Responsabilidades:Inclusão e Ativação: Processar a entrada de novos beneficiários, conferindo documentação, Declaração de Saúde, e emitindo carteirinhas dentro dos prazos legais.Atualização Cadastral (Manutenção): Gerir mudanças de endereço, plano, inclusão/exclusão de dependentes e atualização de dados de contato.Exclusão e Cancelamento: Processar pedidos de cancelamento (a pedido ou por inadimplência), garantindo o envio do comprovante de exclusão ao beneficiário e o envio das informações à ANS.Compliance e Regulação (ANS): Assegurar o envio correto e tempestivo dos dados ao SIB/ANS, evitando multas e garantindo a qualidade da informação.Gestão de Carências e Coberturas: Aplicar as regras contratuais, como Cobertura Parcial Temporária (CPT) e carências, baseando-se na Declaração de Saúde.Gestão de Contratos Coletivos: Verificar elegibilidade e movimentação de beneficiários em planos empresariais ou por adesãoInclusão de Portabilidade: Processar a entrada dos beneficiários oriundos de portabilidade via ANSManutenção de Tabela de Preços: Gerir mudanças de tabelas de preços, apoiar no processamento de reajuste anual da ANSEnvio de carteirinha e/ou boleto físico: Processar pedidos de envio de carteirinha ou boleto físico até a residência do clienteRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (Desejável: Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Gestão Financeira, ou áreas afins);Experiência anterior no setor de cadastroBoa comunicação, escuta ativa e organização;Conhecimento em Excel (Básico).Desejáveis:Vivência no setor de saúde suplementar (operadoras, hospitais ou clínicas);Noções de legislação de planos de saúde (ANS).
