Atuar na gestão e condução de projetos de melhoria contínua, com foco na otimização de processos logísticos, aumento da eficiência operacional, redução de custos e produtividade. Será responsável por identificar oportunidades, estruturar diagnósticos, implementar soluções e monitorar resultados, garantindo a sustentação dos ganhos e a evolução dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar projetos de melhoria contínua, desde a identificação de oportunidades até a implementação e estabilização dos resultados.Identificar e otimizar processos operacionais e administrativos, liderando iniciativas com metodologias Lean, Six Sigma e DMAIC.Conduzir mapeamento, análise e redesenho de processos (AS IS/TO BE e VSM), aplicando ferramentas de causa raiz (Ishikawa, 5 Porquês e Pareto).Estruturar planos de ação, cronogramas, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e gestão de riscos, monitorando produtividade e eficiência operacional.Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e ganhos de produtividade, conduzindo workshops, treinamentos e alinhamento entre áreas e stakeholders.Elaborar apresentações executivas, reportar resultados à liderança e garantir a padronização dos processos e a sustentação das melhorias implementadas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em melhoria contínua, preferencialmente em operações logísticas, com domínio de Lean, Six Sigma e DMAIC.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e solução de problemas: Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, Pareto e PDCA.Experiência em mapeamento de processos (VSM, AS IS/TO BE), gestão de projetos, KPIs e análise de resultados.Excel avançado, Power BI e desejável conhecimento em gestão de custos e viabilidade financeira de projetos.Diferenciais: Vivência em operações logísticas de grande porte, com projetos comprovados de redução de custos e aumento de produtividade.Certificação Lean Six Sigma Green Belt ou Black Belt, domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e análise de dados, com histórico de resultados financeiros e operacionais mensuráveis.
