The role will drive enterprise transformation and operational excellence to improve speed, clarity, efficiency, accountability, and consumer relevance.

The successful candidate will be an enterprise-minded transformation leader who can set long-term direction, influence at the executive level, and translate strategy into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes while accelerating speed to market, improving cross-functional execution, and strengthening how Levi's brings product innovation to consumers globally.

  • Create scalable standards, playbooks, and tools that improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across global and regional teams.
  • Surface and resolve complex cross-functional risks, trade-offs, and execution barriers.
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to deliver major product launches and GTM milestones on time.

  • Lead implementation, adoption, training, and change management for new platforms and tools.
  • Improve process visibility, reporting, and analytics to enable faster, data-informed decisions.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across transformation, product operations, and execution excellence.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leaders and strengthen operational and enterprise capabilities across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior executives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
