Levins Elektriska AB söker nu en projektledare med placering i Hässleholm som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet. För att bibehålla vår höga servicenivå och fortsätta leverera framgångsrika projekt söker vi en engagerad medarbetare som tar ansvar, skapar struktur och bidrar till goda resultat för både kunder och kollegor.

Om tjänsten

Som projektledare hos Levins Elektriska AB ansvarar du för att planera, leda och följa upp entreprenad- och serviceprojekt inom elteknik. Du har en central roll där du samordnar resurser, har löpande kontakt med kunder och samarbetar nära våra montörer, tekniker och övriga projektledare.

Arbetet är varierande och innebär stort eget ansvar med möjlighet att påverka både projektens genomförande och verksamhetens utveckling.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och driva projekt från kalkyl och planering till färdigställande
  • Ansvara för ekonomi, uppföljning och resultat i dina projekt
  • Ta fram kalkyler, offerter och anbud
  • Delta i anbudsarbete och upphandlingar
  • Samordna personal, underentreprenörer och materialinköp
  • Ha löpande kundkontakt och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet
  • Delta i byggmöten och projektgenomgångar
  • Upprätta och följa upp tidsplaner
  • Säkerställa att arbetet utförs enligt gällande krav, regler och kvalitetsstandarder
  • Dokumentation, egenkontroller och projektuppföljning

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet från elinstallationsbranschen, gärna i en ledande eller samordnande roll
  • Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad
  • Har god förmåga att planera, prioritera och följa upp arbeten
  • Trivs med att skapa och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer
  • Är en kommunikativ ledare som får människor att samarbeta mot gemensamma mål
  • Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift
  • Har B-körkort (krav)

Meriterande

  • Har erfarenhet av projektledning inom el, installation, entreprenad eller närliggande bransch
  • Kunskap och erfarenhet av kalkyl- och anbudsarbete
  • Erfarenhet av entreprenadjuridik och projektadministration
  • Erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling eller entreprenadprojekt
  • Kunskap i affärssystem och projektverktyg
