The posting

**Founders Associate (Part-Time, min. 24 h/week)

Company: Levitate Technology ApS

Location: Copenhagen/Herlev

Start: As soon as possible

****About Us

**Levitate Technology is a fast-growing Danish startup that makes sports and everyday prosthetics for amputees. Our mission is to give amputees better lives through innovative, affordable products. We're growing internationally, and we're looking for a Founders Associate to work closely with our Founder & CEO and keep the company running smoothly.

**The Role

**Your job is to keep things moving. You'll be the link between management, our team, and a wide range of external partners. You will take part in Management meetings, own key business processes and administer the systems the company runs on. You'll also support the CEO on strategic topics that shape where Levitate goes next. The role is broad and varied, with real responsibility from day one.

**What You'll Be Part Of

**

  • Company building: helping build the processes and structures that support Levitate's growth.
  • Board meetings: helping prepare board materials and following decisions through, with a close view of strategic decision-making.
  • Funding and investor relations: supporting funding rounds and investor communication.

**Responsibilities

**

  • Stakeholder communication: Be the main point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes our external finance team, our bank, our insurance provider, and other partners.
  • Strategic projects: Support the CEO on strategic initiatives. This means preparing analyses, following up on company KPIs, and turning information into clear input for management and board decisions.
  • Systems administration: Act as admin for our company tools, including Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, Claude and the rest of our stack. You'll manage users, access and permissions, and keep things organised.
  • HR and people operations: Support hiring, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day people operations. You'll work closely with management and external partners.
  • Meeting support: Organise and prepare internal and board meetings. This covers agendas, slides, minutes and follow-ups.
  • Documentation: Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company, financial and employee information with discretion.

**Who You Are

**

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree with at least one year of studies remaining, preferably a master's programme at Copenhagen Business School.
  • Relevant experience from a similar role, a startup, or a management support function.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Structured and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, with an interest in strategy and how a company grows.
  • Comfortable juggling many topics and stakeholders at once, and able to take ownership without being told every step.
  • Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.

**Practical Information

**

  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Hours: minimum of 24 hours per week, flexible around your studies.
  • Location: Our office in Herlev, with the option to work from home. You'll be at the office at least 3 days a week.

**What We Offer

**

  • A competitive part-time salary.
  • Direct collaboration with the Founder & CEO, with insight into strategy, board work and fundraising.
  • Real responsibility and a broad view across finance, HR, operations and systems.
  • A mission-driven, international team.
  • Flexibility to balance work with your studies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
