Vill du vara med och bidra till ett härligt team där vi hjälper och stöttar varandra – och samtidigt ge service i världsklass? Vi söker nu två medarbetare till Kontorsservice i Falun som kan hoppa in och jobba timmar vid behov.

Som Kontorsservicemedarbetare på vårt kontor i Falun kommer du främst att jobba som telefonist i vår växel. Där tar vi emot bolagets inkommande samtal, cirka 800 per dag, och hjälper våra kunder vidare till rätt funktion eller person.

Förutom huvuduppgifterna som telefonist kan det även tillkomma varierande arbetsuppgifter, till exempel att hjälpa till i vår reception, cafeteria, hantera post och assistera med olika administrativa sysslor.

Vi söker dig som är flexibel och kan arbeta vid behov. Eftersom verksamheten behöver bemannas även under semesterperioder och period kring jul (ej röda dagar) ser vi gärna att du har möjlighet att arbeta då. Tillgänglighet under dessa perioder är en viktig del av uppdraget.

Du har relevant gymnasieexamen samt erfarenhet av serviceyrke där kundmötet stått i fokus. Du trivs med att jobba med människor och service. Då vi dagligen kommunicerar med kunder och kollegor, ser vi även att du har goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

För att trivas i rollen som Kontorsservicemedarbetare är du serviceinriktad, glad och positiv. Att ha kontakt med människor är något du trivs med och du har ett förtroendeingivande sätt som får både kunder och kollegor att känna sig bekväma. Du har också en god kommunikativ förmåga där du förmedlar information på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt. Som person har du också förmågan att snabbt förändra ditt beteende för att anpassa dig till nya omständigheter. Vi uppskattar initiativförmåga och ser det som positivt att du är flexibel och gärna hjälper till där det behövs.

Övrig information

Kontorsservice är en stödfunktion inom LF Dalarnas som underlättar och ger förutsättningar för våra kollegor i sitt dagliga arbete och vårt mål är att skapa en positiv känsla och upplevelse för både våra kunder och kollegor. Vi är totalt tio personer, med olika roller, som jobbar på våra kontor i Falun och Borlänge. Tillsammans underlättar vi arbetet för våra kollegor samt hjälper våra kunder på ett serviceinriktat, professionellt och effektivt sätt.
