Vi söker dig som vill undersöka kunders beteenden, behov och förväntningar för att bidra med nya insikter om hur vi på LF Halland kan utveckla kundresan och skapa framtidens kundmöte.

Problemställning Bankvärlden förändras snabbt. Digitalisering och AI förändrar hur kunder söker information, jämför banker och utför bankärenden. Samtidigt är personlig rådgivning, trygghet och förtroende viktiga delar av kundupplevelsen. LF Halland vill få en bättre förståelse för kundernas behov och förväntningar för att kunna utveckla kundresan och hitta en bra balans mellan digitala och personliga kundmöten.

Syfte Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka hur kunder väljer bank, vilka faktorer som påverkar deras val och hur de vill komma i kontakt med sin bank vid olika livshändelser. Arbetet ska även belysa vilka behov som kräver personlig kontakt och hur digitala kanaler kan komplettera det personliga kundmötet.

Förväntat resultat/mål Examensarbetet ska resultera i en sammanställning av kundinsikter och konkreta rekommendationer för hur LF Halland kan utveckla kundresan och organisera framtidens kundmöte utifrån kundernas behov och förväntningar.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som studerar vid Högskolan i Halmstad och ska genomföra ett examensarbete på kandidat- eller masternivå inom exempelvis företagsekonomi, marknadsföring, tjänsteutveckling eller organisation under vårterminen 2027. Du är nyfiken på kundbeteenden, digitalisering och vill omsätta analys till konkreta förbättringsförslag.
