Som trygghetstekniker är du vår främsta ambassadör ute hos kund. Du ansvarar för att projektera, installera och driftsätta larmsystem utifrån varje kunds individuella behov. Du utför även återkommande service, dokumenterar ditt arbete och säkerställer hög kvalitet genom hela processen. Kundmötet är en central del av rollen. Du guidar kunden genom larmsystemets funktioner, introducerar vår app och tar dig tid att lyssna in frågor och önskemål. Med din kommunikativa förmåga och lyhördhet skapar du snabbt förtroende och långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Rollen innehåller också ett tydligt försäljningsansvar. Du arbetar med rådgivande försäljning och ser möjligheter att komplettera kundens lösning med produkter och tjänster som ytterligare kan öka tryggheten. Genom att förstå kundens behov och föreslå rätt lösning bidrar du både till nöjda kunder och till vår fortsatta tillväxt.

Du utgår från hemmet i Boden/Luleå med omnejd och arbetar över hela Norrbotten, med ett särskilt ansvar för Malmfälten. Rollen innebär omfattande resor med servicebil och mycket tid på vägarna. Tjänsteresor med övernattning förekommer regelbundet, upp till cirka åtta nätter per månad och resor kan ibland behöva genomföras med kort varsel. Därför söker vi dig som trivs med ett rörligt arbete, långa körsträckor och att möta kunder på olika platser i länet.

Vi erbjuder

Anställningen inleds med en gedigen teoretisk och praktisk utbildning. Därefter följer en fältutbildning tillsammans med en erfaren kollega som mentor. När du är redo tar du självständigt ansvar för att installera, driftsätta och serva larmsystem hos våra kunder.

Vi söker dig som trivs i en självständig och omväxlande roll där teknik, kundservice, försäljning och resor är en naturlig del av arbetsdagen.

Vi tror att du:

  • Har B-körkort
  • Är kommunikativ, lyhörd och har lätt för att skapa förtroende och långsiktiga kundrelationer.
  • Trivs med att arbeta resultatinriktat och tar ansvar för både försäljningsmål och servicekvalitet.
  • Motiveras av att hitta rätt lösningar för kunden och ser möjligheter till rådgivande försäljning.
  • Är noggrann, lösningsorienterad och tar gärna egna initiativ i kundmötet.
  • Trivs med mycket bilkörning och att resa i hela Norrbotten
  • Har möjlighet till tjänsteresor och övernattningar även med kort varsel
  • Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Tidigare erfarenhet av fältarbete, installation, service, försäljning eller liknande arbete är meriterande men inget krav, det viktigaste är din inställning och vilja att utvecklas. Du får en gedigen utbildning och löpande coachning. När vi väljer kandidat är ditt engagemang, din servicekänsla och din vilja att skapa goda kundupplevelser avgörande.
