QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?

Sous la responsabilité de la Manager des Laboratoires de Contrôle, vous pilotez le laboratoire d'Immunologie / Plasma. Dans ce cadre vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Définir les priorités des laboratoires (analyses de son périmètre, stabilités, qualifications, validations, projets…)
  • Être garant des états qualifiés des équipements en tant que responsable de secteur et/ou en tant que BPO
  • Être garant des états validés des méthodes
  • Être garant de la fiabilité des résultats et approuver les résultats analytiques
  • Donner délégation et assurer la surveillance des activités déléguées (prélèvements ou analyses)
  • Peut recevoir délégation de son supérieur hiérarchique pour gérer certaines de ses activités
  • Organise le processus d’amélioration continue (5S, …)
  • Être garant que le personnel de laboratoire respecte et applique les référentiels en vigueur : BPF, Data Integrity, la Politique Qualité, les AMM......
  • Être garant du maintien d’un environnement de travail maîtrisé et validé
  • Être garant de la gestion des DCI, déviations / OOS, CAPA dans son périmètre d’activité et prendre en charge le traitement des DCI critiques (niveau 1)
  • S’assurer que les auto-inspections sont réalisées selon le planning et en assurer le suivi
  • Remonter et traiter toute dérive ou tout dysfonctionnement pouvant générer un risque pour la qualité des produits
  • Être acteur pour les améliorations à apporter en lien avec les activités des laboratoires
  • Être garant de la veille réglementaire, documentaire et technologique en lien avec ses activités et veiller à la prise en compte des évolutions des référentiels opposables
  • Actualiser ses connaissances et maintenir son niveau de compétence en adéquation avec l’emploi
  • Être garant de la bonne gestion documentaire (création, mise à jour, archivage) dans le respect des BPF

QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?

De formation Bac+5 minimum scientifique ou Pharmacien d’Industrie, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de 3 à 7 ans sur un poste de Responsable Laboratoire. Vous savez piloter une équipe et possédez un leadership naturel.

Vous êtes acteur du changement et aimez travailler sur des projets d’amélioration continue et de simplification des process.
