Estamos selecionando um(a) profissional para atuar como Gerente de Frota em uma empresa do segmento de transporte rodoviário de cargas, responsável pela gestão estratégica e operacional da frota, assegurando a disponibilidade, a segurança, a produtividade dos veículos e a eficiência dos custos operacionais.

Principais responsabilidades: Gerenciar e dimensionar a frota própria, locada e terceirizada, garantindo a disponibilidade dos veículos conforme a demanda operacional. Planejar e acompanhar as manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas de veículos pesados, reduzindo quebras e períodos de imobilização. Gerenciar custos operacionais, orçamento, consumo de combustível, pneus, peças, oficinas e serviços de manutenção. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), produtividade, disponibilidade da frota e custos por quilômetro rodado, implementando planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados. Negociar e administrar contratos com fornecedores, oficinas, locadoras e prestadores de serviços. Acompanhar sistemas de gestão de frota, rastreamento e telemetria, identificando desvios e oportunidades de otimização. Garantir o controle da documentação dos veículos, o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e as condições de segurança da frota. Liderar e desenvolver equipes, padronizar processos e integrar as atividades com as áreas de Operações, Tráfego, Suprimentos e Financeiro. Apoiar decisões de renovação, aquisição, locação e redimensionamento da frota, com foco na eficiência operacional e financeira.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas. Experiência consistente em gestão de frotas de transporte rodoviário de cargas. Vivência com manutenção de veículos pesados, controle de custos operacionais e gestão de fornecedores. Experiência com orçamento, indicadores de desempenho, análise de resultados e elaboração de planos de ação. Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frota, ERP, rastreamento e telemetria. Excel avançado e ferramentas de BI para análise de dados. Conhecimento da legislação e dos requisitos de segurança aplicáveis ao transporte rodoviário de cargas.

Diferenciais Experiência em operações com múltiplas filiais, frotas de grande porte e veículos próprios e terceirizados. Vivência em renovação de frota, negociação de contratos e implantação de sistemas de gestão. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Logística, Gestão de Operações, Supply Chain ou Gestão Empresarial.
