Ben jij een stressbestendige organisator met geografische kennis van de Brusselse regio en ervaring in de dispatching van zwaar transport? Voor een stabiel en financieel gezond familiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in transportoplossingen voor de bouw- en grondwerkensector, zijn we op zoek naar eenTransportplanner / Dispatcher.

In deze rol ben jij de draaischijf van de dagelijkse werking. Je plant efficiënt een 20-tal vrachtwagens in (onder meer kippers en kraanwagens), stuurt de chauffeurs aan en bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten met werven in heel België.

Takenpakket:

  • Je plant de ritten van een 20-tal vrachtwagens (kippers, kraanwagens, containerwagens) zo efficiënt mogelijk in op basis van afmetingen, gewichten en werfeisen.
  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van Nederlandstalige en Franstalige chauffeurs aan, helpt hen bij vragen onderweg en verdeelt de planning voor de volgende dag.
  • Je neemt transportaanvragen op (telefonisch/mail), denkt commercieel mee met klanten voor hun werven en bouwt een langetermijnrelatie met hen op.
  • Je zorgt voor de verwerking van ritbladen, CMR's en bijbehorende administratie, en volgt ad-hoc schadegevallen op in overleg met de garage.
  • Je bereidt de dagplanning grondig voor en leert op termijn prijsvoorstellen opmaken in samenspraak met de facturatie-afdeling.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner/dispatcher en hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector, grondwerken of zwaar transport (kennis van kippers en laadvermogens is een troef).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (nodig voor de chauffeurs en de regio) en hebt een uitstekende geografische kennis van Brussel, Vlaanderen en Wallonië.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen bij onverwachte wendingen, werkt commercieel en nauwkeurig, en bent administratief vlot met de PC.
