Functieomschrijving:

  • Tussen de freesbewerkingen door bewaak je het eerstelijnsonderhoud en de reinheid van jouw machinepark, waardoor stilstand tot een absoluut minimum beperkt blijft.
  • Aan de hand van technische 2D- en 3D-plannen stel je geavanceerde 3- en 5-assige freesmachines zelfstandig in en kies je doelgericht de juiste gereedschappen, opspanningen en snijsnelheden.
  • Bij onverwachte maatafwijkingen of complexe geometrieën schakel je direct met de werkvoorbereiders en CAD-programmeurs om samen tot de meest efficiënte bewerkingsstrategie te komen.
  • Vervaardigen van unieke, klantspecifieke stukken, waarbij seriewerk volledig is uitgesloten.
  • Je laadt en optimaliseert CAM-programma's aan de sturing, waarbij je kritische bewerkingspaden controleert en parameters nauwkeurig bijregelt voor een perfect eindresultaat.

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma in mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of gelijkwaardige ervaring in verspaning en gereedschapmakerij.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van computergestuurde freesbanken stelt jou in staat om vlot te schakelen tussen enkelstuks en maatwerkprojecten.
  • Kennis van moderne sturingen zoals Heidenhain of Siemens is een groot pluspunt bij het interpreteren van complexe bewerkingscycli.
  • Ervaring met matrijzen en kennis van gangbare CAD/CAM-programmeerprogramma's gelden als een sterke troef.
  • Openstaan voor continue bijscholing en verdere technologische opleiding is essentieel.
