Voor een sterk groeiende, internationale groep in regio Merelbeke zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist. Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar ondernemerschap, korte communicatielijnen en een hands-on mentaliteit centraal staan.

Als Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist maak je deel uit van een internationaal aankoopteam. De functie start met een ondersteunende rol, waarbij je geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden opneemt. Op termijn zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Category Management, Strategic Purchasing of een meer analytische functie, afhankelijk van jouw interesses en sterktes.

Jobomschrijving

Takenpakket:

  • Leveranciersbeheer: Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Data-analyse: Analyseren van aankoopcijfers, prijzen en leveranciersprestaties en opstellen van rapporten en dashboards.
  • Contractbeheer: Opvolgen van aankoopcontracten, prijswijzigingen en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Aankoopprojecten: Actief meewerken aan projecten rond sourcing, kostenoptimalisatie en duurzaamheid.
  • Procesverbetering: Meedenken over efficiëntere aankoopprocessen en mogelijkheden rond digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Internationale samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met collega's en leveranciers verspreid over Europa, inclusief regelmatige bezoeken aan andere vestigingen.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische, technische of supply chain gerelateerde richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring van 1 tot 4 jaar binnen aankoop, procurement of supply chain is een sterke troef. Ervaring in een distributieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel en affiniteit met ERP-systemen, data-analyse en rapporteringstools zoals Power BI. Kennis van Dynamics 365 is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met kennis van het Frans of Spaans.
  • Een pragmatische en hands-on mentaliteit, waarbij initiatief nemen, oplossingsgericht denken en zelfstandig werken centraal staan.
  • Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen binnen Europa, wat op termijn kan oplopen tot ongeveer 30% van de werktijd.
