Onze klant is een absolute wereldspeler die de norm bepaalt in de productie van materialen voor de bouw, de automobielsector en hightechtoepassingen. Met meer dan honderd vestigingen en een ijzersterke reputatie werken zij dagelijks aan oplossingen die echt een verschil maken. Hun hightech fabriek, waar hoogwaardige materialen op nanometerniveau in diep vacuüm worden aangebracht, draait continu op volle toeren. Je komt terecht in een internationaal, maar lokaal sterk verankerd team waar jouw technische kennis onmiddellijk resulteert in slimmere processen.

Het werk dat hier verzet wordt, verbetert indirect het dagelijkse leven van miljoenen mensen door te zorgen voor veiligere en betere eindproducten. Jobomschrijving

Takenpakket

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van ongeveer tien techniekers, waarbij je hen in staat stelt om zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend de beste resultaten neer te zetten.
  • Coördineren van curatief, preventief en predictief onderhoud aan complexe installaties, zodat de productiviteit en de veiligheid steeds maximaal gegarandeerd blijven.
  • Opzetten van een strakke planning voor technische interventies en verbeteringsprojecten, waarbij je nauw overlegt met de operatoren en budgetten zorgvuldig bewaakt.
  • Organiseren van samenwerkingen met externe partners voor vernieuwingswerken, terwijl je intern vlot schakelt met andere afdelingen zoals infrastructuur.
  • Beheren van de noodzakelijke wisselstukken en het up-to-date houden van documentatie, zodat jij als manager onderhoud coater samen met je mensen altijd over de juiste middelen beschikt.

Profiel

  • Een behaald master- of bachelordiploma in een technische richting vormt jouw basis, aangevuld met relevante vakkennis binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met motiverend leiderschap zorgt ervoor dat je perfect aanvoelt hoe je een groep individuen naar een gezamenlijk doel loodst.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een hands-on probleemoplosser die structuur brengt en van nature altijd zoekt naar pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen gaat je goed af, waarbij een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit (waaronder een wachtregeling en opvolging van de weekendploeg) jou totaal niet afschrikt.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels helpt je om helder te overleggen met de werkvloer en de directie over alle zaken rond de functie van Maintenance Manager.
