Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen:

  • In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het organiseren, plannen en optimaliseren van alle preventieve en curatieve onderhoudsactiviteiten
  • Je stuurt het team van techniekers en servicemedewerkers dagelijks aan op de vloer, waarbij je inzet op coaching, duidelijke prioriteiten en continue kennisdeling.
  • Complexe storingen analyseer je samen met de storingsdienst tot op de bodem, waarna je structurele verbeteracties doorvoert om ongeplande machinestilstand drastisch te beperken.
  • Je beheert het budget voor wisselstukken, gereedschappen en externe firma's, zodat contracten en bestellingen vlot en kostenefficiënt verlopen.
  • Samen met projectleiders en engineering werk je investeringsvoorstellen uit om de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en energieprestaties van het machinepark continu te verhogen.

Wat neem je mee:

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica of automatisering, of je bent gelijkwaardig gevormd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële onderhoudsafdeling of een vergelijkbare zware procesomgeving vormt een stevige basis voor de functie van Manager Onderhoud.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden typeren jouw aanpak: je vertaalt meetgegevens en storingsrapporten moeiteloos naar concrete verbeterprojecten.
  • Je communiceert helder en verbindend op alle niveaus, van de technieker op de werkvloer tot het plantmanagement.
