Combineer jij organisatorisch inzicht met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en krijg je energie van vlot schakelen in een maritieme havenomgeving? Voor een gevestigde logistieke en maritieme dienstverlener in de haven van Antwerpen zoeken we een Planner Tanktransport & Binnendienst.

In deze spilfunctie werk je nauw samen met de salesmanager en vorm je het centrale contact voor vaste industriële en maritieme partners. Je regelt het wegtransport van industriële vloeistoffen en residustromen van A tot Z, volgt de bijhorende analysedossiers op en zorgt dat alle transport- en traceerbaarheidsdocumenten administratief en operationeel kloppen.

Dit ga je doen:

In het kort beheer je de volledige keten van orderintake tot facturatie en stem je de ritten nauwkeurig af op de interne verwerkingscapaciteit.

  • Je organiseert en plant het transport met tank- en vacuümwagens via externe transportpartners en stemt laad- en lostijden intern af op de beschikbare operationele verwerkingscapaciteit.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en mail, neemt transportorders aan en beantwoordt praktische vragen over lopende opdrachten.
  • Je volgt nieuwe productdossiers en laboresultaten van inkomende stromen proactief op in samenspraak met de salesmanager.
  • Je registreert transportorders, meldingsnummers en vrachtdocumenten accuraat in het ERP-systeem (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Je bereidt de transport- en orderfacturatie voor en overlegt met de salesmanager bij eventuele afwijkingen of meerwerken.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je hebt ervaring in transportplanning, logistieke administratie of een commerciële binnendienst (ervaring in de haven-, tanktransport-, chemie- of milieusector is een meerwaarde).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede praktische werkervaring in het Frans en Engels.
  • Vlotte vaardigheid met MS Office; ervaring met Dynamics is een troef.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht bij snelle roosterwijzigingen en communiceert kordaat met chauffeurs en klanten.
