De dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ervaren projectleiders actief ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding, de strakke planning en de administratieve opvolging van uitdagende technische projecten.
  • Onder begeleiding nauwgezet meewerken aan technische ontwerpen, complexe berekeningen en de uitwerking van vernieuwende engineeringconcepten.
  • Vlot en gestructureerd communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen om een feilloze projectvoortgang te garanderen.
  • Een intensief leer- en groeitraject volgen, waarbij je op korte termijn de volledige en zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over eigen, afgebakende projecten.

Het ideale professionele profiel

  • Technisch talent met een Masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen, waarbij een sterke focus op Elektromechanica een absolute troef vormt.
  • Gedreven, analytische en oplossingsgerichte starter (pas afgestudeerden of kandidaten met enkele jaren ervaring zijn beide welkom) die problemen direct omzet in uitdagingen.
  • Sterk organisatietalent dat het overzicht over deadlines feilloos bewaart, collega's moeiteloos motiveert en sterk functioneert binnen een team.
