  • In de rol van projectleider staalbouw bepaal jij de koers vanaf het allereerste contract tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je coördineert de volledige uitvoering van diverse infrastructuurprojecten, wat resulteert in een vlekkeloze en veilige realisatie binnen de afgesproken termijn.
  • Plannen en technische specificaties vertaal je moeiteloos naar een efficiënte projectaanpak door nauw samen te werken met het interne studiebureau.
  • Tijdens werfvergaderingen treed je op als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers, waardoor alle neuzen steeds in dezelfde richting staan.
  • Meer- of minwerken en contractwijzigingen vang je adequaat op met een heldere communicatie, zodat de rendabiliteit van het project altijd gewaarborgd blijft.
  • Je brengt de flow tussen engineering, productie en montage mooi samen, en rapporteert de actuele projectstatus overzichtelijk aan het management.

Profiel

  • Om vlot mee te draaien als projectleider staalbouw kijken we vooral naar jouw probleemoplossende mentaliteit en je wil om samen dingen te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een diploma in een technische richting (bouwkunde of elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouw of metaalconstructie is een stevige troef, al krijgen leergierige en gedreven starters hier evenzeer de kans om het vak te leren.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gestructureerde planner die zelfs bij complexe vraagstukken het globale overzicht moeiteloos behoudt.
  • Vlot overleggen in het Nederlands en/of Frans gaat je goed af, en ook vroege werfbezoeken schrikken jou absoluut niet af.
