Jobomschrijving

Jobinhoud

Als projectleider technieken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Het coördineren van HVAC-, ventilatie- en sanitaire projecten van voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Het opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf met oog voor efficiëntie en correctheid.
  • Het aansturen en afstemmen van techniekers, onderaannemers en externe partners binnen elk project.
  • Het analyseren van technische dossiers en plannen om uitvoerbare en kostenefficiënte oplossingen te bepalen.
  • Het bewaken van budgetten en projectresultaten, inclusief financiële opvolging en rapportering.

Profiel

Als Projectleider technieken is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Een bouwtechnische of HVAC-gerichte opleiding, of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen installatietechnieken.
  • Eerste ervaring in projectleiding, werfopvolging of technische coördinatie, waarbij ook sterke juniorprofielen welkom zijn.
  • Een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkstijl met voldoende technisch inzicht.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren in complexe technische projecten.
  • Interesse in duurzame installaties en energiezuinige technieken.
