  • In deze rol als Projectleider Infra neem jij het voortouw bij de volledige technische en financiële opvolging van diverse wegenbouwprojecten vanaf de opstart tot de oplevering.
  • Je stuurt de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan op de werf, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van het indrukwekkende eigen machinepark.
  • Tijdens werfvergaderingen fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor openbare besturen en private bouwheren, waarbij je vlot communiceert over de voortgang en technische oplossingen.
  • Jouw dag draait om het bewaken van de strakke planning en het budget, waarbij je proactief bijstuurt om de vooropgestelde rendabiliteit en kwaliteitsnormen te behalen.
  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de veiligheid op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie, zoals vorderingsstaten en nacalculaties, tot in de puntjes verzorgd is.

Profiel

  • Een stevige basis voor deze functie start bij een hoger technisch diploma (Master of Bachelor Bouwkunde) of je hebt dit niveau bereikt door relevante jaren in de sector. Schoolverlaters zijn welkom!
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een hands-on organisator die rust uitstraalt, ook wanneer de planning op de werf onder druk komt te staan door onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen waardoor je plannen en bestekken snel doorgrondt en vertaalt naar een efficiënte uitvoering buiten.
  • Ervaring met de specifieke wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten of een passie voor wegenbouw is een grote troef om je projecten succesvol te beheren.
