Voor een internationaal en financieel sterk productiebedrijf in de voedingssector is LGA Engineering op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Expeditie.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop investeert in digitalisering, innovatie en verdere professionalisering van haar logistieke processen. Met de recente implementatie van SAP ligt er een mooie uitdaging op tafel: bestaande werkwijzen optimaliseren, medewerkers meenemen in verandering en zorgen voor een foutloos verzendproces.

In deze functie combineer je people management, operationele verantwoordelijkheid en procesoptimalisatie. Je krijgt de leiding over een team van 10 medewerkers en speelt een sleutelrol binnen de logistieke afdeling.

Jobomschrijving

Takenpakket

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van 10 medewerkers, waaronder 8 logistieke medewerkers en 2 administratieve bedienden. Ook onboarding en evolutiegesprekken behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse verzendactiviteiten en flexibel inspelen op wisselende planningen, prioriteiten en ordervolumes.
  • Begeleiden van de verdere SAP-integratie, introduceren van nieuwe werkmethodes en ondersteunen van medewerkers bij veranderende processen.
  • Bewaken van correcte en tijdige leveringen, onderzoeken van klachten en uitwerken van structurele oplossingen om fouten te voorkomen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de afdeling.
  • Initiëren van procesverbeteringen, begeleiden van de overgang naar een tweeploegenwerking en rapporteren aan de Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Profiel

  • Bachelordiploma binnen een relevante richting, gecombineerd met minstens 2 à 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke of productieomgeving.
  • Sterke peoplemanagementvaardigheden, een hands-on mentaliteit en voldoende assertiviteit om medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig, met affiniteit voor ERP-systemen. Ervaring met SAP vormt een mooie troef.
