In deze rol als werfleider verzekeringsherstellingen neem jij de touwtjes stevig in handen vanaf de eerste schademelding tot de finale oplevering:

  • Na een aanvraag via verzekeraars trek je de baan op om de situatie ter plaatse grondig vast te stellen en de herstellingswerken in te schatten.
  • Op kantoor werk je het dossier uit en stel je een nauwkeurige schadeofferte op die perfect past binnen het voorziene budget van de maatschappij.
  • Dankzij het geautomatiseerde systeem in het eigen magazijn bestel en verzamel je vlot alle benodigde bouwmaterialen voor jouw herstellingen.
  • Je stuurt de vakmannen aan en volgt de uitvoering op de voet op, waarbij de meeste herstellingswerken binnen één dag succesvol afgerond worden.
  • Tijdens elk project bewaar je het overzicht over de planning, de kwaliteit en de administratieve afronding van dossiers.
