Of combineer je liever calculatie met het opvolgen van bouwprojecten? Voor een bouwonderneming zoeken we een werkvoorbereider die mee vorm kan geven aan zijn eigen functie. Jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities bepalen waar de nadruk komt te liggen. Hier krijg je de kans om een functie op maat uit te bouwen, met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid!

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Werkvoorbereider krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket dat wordt afgestemd op jouw sterktes en interesses:

  • Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeuren neem je de technische en praktische voorbereiding van bouwprojecten voor jouw rekening.
  • Calculaties, prijsaanvragen en materiaalbestellingen kunnen deel uitmaken van jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Ook werfopvolging en projectcoördinatie behoren tot de mogelijkheden, waarbij je planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering bewaakt.
  • In overleg met de organisatie bepaal je welke combinatie van werkvoorbereiding, calculatie, werfleiding en projectleiding het beste bij jou past.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector vormt jouw belangrijkste troef.
  • Een bachelor Bouw is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante praktijkervaring is minstens even waardevol.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt, terwijl ervaring binnen schrijnwerk een bijzonder sterke troef vormt.
  • Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht, zelfstandigheid en organisatietalent weet je projecten efficiënt aan te pakken.
