Wil je je specialiseren in een van de meest dynamische en lucratieve markten van dit moment? Bij LGA IT zoeken we een gedreven Recruitment Consultant die met een flinke dosis ambitie zijn of haar eigen IT-niche wil uitbouwen en domineren!

Als Recruitment Consultant beheer jij je eigen 360°-markt binnen onze IT-divisie (denk aan Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics of Cybersecurity). Je bouwt aan je eigen netwerk van bedrijven en IT-specialisten, sluit deals en bepaalt met onze ongelimiteerde commissies rechtstreeks jouw eigen succes.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Je runt je eigen 'business' van A tot Z, verdeeld over drie duidelijke pijlers:

1. Business Development & Klantenbeheer

  • Kansen verzilveren: Je brengt de IT-markt proactief in kaart en benadert tech-bedrijven, scale-ups en gevestigde ondernemingen met openstaande IT-posities.
  • Sparringpartner: Je adviseert hiring managers, IT-leads en HR over markttrends, salarisverwachtingen en gerichte wervingsstrategieën.
  • Lange termijn: Je bouwt duurzame partnerships op en zorgt dat LGA IT hét vaste aanspreekpunt wordt voor al hun tech-aanwervingen.

2. IT Sourcing & Candidate Management

  • Talent hunting: Je spoort schaarse IT-profielen op (Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analisten, ...) via LinkedIn Recruiter, netwerken en gespecialiseerde tools.
  • Diepgaande screening: Je voert grondige kwalificatiegesprekken om niet alleen de technische skills, maar ook de persoonlijkheid en ambities van kandidaten te doorgronden.
  • Procesregie: Je begeleidt kandidaten intensief van het eerste kennismakingsgesprek tot en met de uiteindelijke contractonderhandeling.

3. Matchmaking & Deal Closing

  • De perfecte match: Je brengt vraag en aanbod naadloos samen en viert het sluiten van succesvolle plaatsingen.
  • Opvolging & retentie: Je houdt nauw contact met zowel klant als geplaatste kandidaat om een succesvolle onboarding en samenwerking te garanderen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Ervaring in recruitment of sales: Je hebt minstens 1 tot 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen agency recruitment of een commerciële B2B-omgeving. Affiniteit met IT is een mooie troef, maar een leergierige instelling is het belangrijkst.
  • Commerciële drive: Je denkt in oplossingen, houdt van targets halen en haalt energie uit onderhandelen en scoren.
  • Relatiebouwer: Je bent communicatief sterk, luistert scherp en weet snel vertrouwen te winnen bij zowel kandidaten als beslissingsnemers.
  • De basis: Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands (kennis van het Engels of Frans is een stevige plus).
