In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de implementatie van geavanceerde softwareoplossingen en begeleid je klanten van de kick-off tot de livegang. Jouw dagelijkse inzet zorgt ervoor dat complexe bedrijfsprocessen vlekkeloos worden vertaald naar werkbare digitale flows.

  • Je leidt software-implementaties rechtstreeks bij de eindgebruiker via interactieve remote workshops en on-site sessies.
  • Als volwaardige ERP Specialist vertaal je de specifieke workflows van de internationale verpakkingsindustrie naar slimme softwareconfiguraties.
  • Je beheert de volledige klantrelatie tijdens het veranderingstraject en biedt hoogwaardige post-launch ondersteuning om een soepele overgang te garanderen.
  • Samen met productmanagement en support deel je waardevolle feedback van gebruikers, zodat deze input de toekomstige software-updates rechtstreeks vormgeeft.
  • Je bewaakt de projectadministratie nauwkeurig door documentatie, tijdregistraties en strakke planningen bij te houden voor een transparant verloop.

Profiel

Voor deze positie zoeken we iemand die analytisch ijzersterk is en communicatief vlot schakelt tussen techniek en business. Als rasechte ERP Specialist bezit je de drive om diep in klantsituaties te duiken in plaats van vanaf de zijlijn toe te kijken.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige, IT- of managementrichting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met bedrijfskritische softwaresystemen helpt je om snel bedrijfsprocessen te doorgronden en kritisch mee te denken met de klant.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een zelfsturende teamplayer die projecten vlot coördineert en transparant communiceert binnen diverse teams.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels is noodzakelijk om internationale klanten vlot te woord te staan, waarbij extra talenkennis een sterke troef is.
  • Je flexibele instelling zorgt ervoor dat je makkelijk schakelt wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven en je bent bereid om circa 30% te reizen binnen Europa.
